Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Configuration Management Technician
Location: Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale
Job Type: 6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
Job Duties:
- Manage and maintain configuration items and records
- Implement and enforce configuration management processes
- Ensure compliance with configuration management standards and procedures
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and resolve configuration issues
- Conduct configuration audits and reviews
- Participate in change control boards to assess and approve configuration changes
- Provide support for configuration management tools and systems
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced technical qualifications in configuration management.
- Proven experience in configuration management
- Strong understanding of engineering processes and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant configuration management.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools and software
- Familiarity with industry best practises in configuration management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
