Key Responsibilities

- Ensure products are strategically placed to maximize visibility and sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure products are adequately stocked on shelves.
- Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with warehouse teams to receive deliveries.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for product placement improvements.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising strategies.
- Recommend adjustments to merchandising plans based on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with retail store managers and staff to implement merchandising plans.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product delivery and support promotional activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding merchandising strategies and objectives.
