Job Purpose:
The Blockman will be responsible for the preparation and cutting of meat products, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of meat preparation techniques, excellent knife skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meat Cutting and Preparation: Expertly cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure all meat products are prepared to the highest quality, meeting health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and fulfilling special requests.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
