WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: A Marketing Coordinator with B2B experience to create and implement marketing strategies and plans.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to improve the acquisition of qualified customers that meet our criteria
- Utilise the CRM database to convert previous customer inquiries into qualified prospects through targeted marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the portfolio team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets
- Drive go-to market efforts of tailored products
- Manage online marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, SEM and online advertising campaigns
- Oversee social media marketing efforts to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness
- Utilise Google Ads and other online advertising platforms to reach potential customers effectively
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise strategies accordingly
- Events creation, coordination and attendance of programmes, as well as 3rd party-hosted gatherings
- Internal communications
WHAT WILL YOU NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE), or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Content writing skills
- Google Analytics
- CRM software systems
- WordPress Themes experience
- Proficiency [or ability and willingness to learn with various marketing platforms and marketing software tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
