Job Summary
Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Specialist in the Product Enterprise Security Service department.
Requirements:
- 3+ years tertiary diploma.
- Relevant certification or accreditation with the professional body as required for this role.
- Fluent in origin language with basic English skills.
- 2+ years’ experience in an area of specialization coupled with supervising others.
KPAs:
- Participate in the Enterprise Security Services product roadmap priorities and product design by utilizing data insights and more.
- Contribute towards development, roadmap, launch and optimization of the enterprise security portfolio.
- Define the commercial specification of new and existing enterprise security products by conducting market analysis.
- Contribute towards the delivery of security services to enterprises by translating their unique security requirements into security
- Leverage multi-disciplinary partnerships by developing and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders, internal and external partners.
- Enable growth in market share by providing presale specialization and subject matter expertise to the sales
- Expand on enterprise security and broader product knowledge by interfacing with sales and support areas in order to stay updated.
- Manage partners and ensure all contracts are managed in line with procurement policies and standards.
