We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Corporate Sales Consultant to join our CTU Corporate Training Unlimited team. This role requires a blend of expertise in sales, relationship management, and an understanding of the HR landscape, catering to corporate clients' learning and development needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring alignment with their HR and training needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential customers.
- Attend trade exhibitions, corporate events, and seminars representing CTU.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Promote and sell a suite of CTU's corporate services including, but not limited to, Short Courses, Bursaries, Learnerships, and Skills Development Solutions.
- Respond promptly to incoming queries via email or phone, understanding client needs, and offering solutions that align with our offerings.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities.
- Present services to potential clients in a structured, coherent, and professional manner.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Negotiate terms of agreement effectively, ensuring alignment with both client needs and CTU's objectives.
- Overcome objections, using a consultative approach, to secure client commitment.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, continuously reviewing performance metrics and adapting strategies as needed.
- Administrative Duties:
- Accurately record sales, client interactions, and other relevant data in our CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the campus manager, sales director, and national sales manager.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights, and best practices.

Experience & Qualifications Required
- Essential: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with a proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, preferably within a corporate training or similar environment.
- Desirable: Diploma in Business or a related field.
