Marketing Manager
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to their dynamic marketing Team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful campaigns and initiatives that will elevate their brand and promote their designations.

Contract type: 6 Months (Contract)
Requirements:
Marketing Planning
- Assist Project Director Marketing with the preparation of plans for the company’s designations’ brand promotion (CA, AGA and AT designation) as well as strategic projects
- Manage media plans and ensure marketing plans are aligned to marketing objectives and business strategy
- Manage and co-ordinate the implementation of all brands and business units’ marketing plans in line with relevant business objectives
- Manage and update the operational details of the annual marketing plan in line with campaign plans and deliverables
- Project management of marketing campaigns
- Fortnightly & monthly engagements with media representatives to ensure campaign deliverables are executed according to campaign plans
- Provide ongoing marketing services including planning, implementation and development of required marketing assets to the company’s units and regions
Monitoring of corporate image
- Management of the annual brand CA promotion in line with the global positioning
- Promotion of AGA(SA) and AT(SA) designations to key audiences in line with business strategy
- Support business units with the management, implementation and reporting of marketing promotional activities
- Management and sourcing of promotional items and corporate gifting as well as monthly stock-taking and reporting of the promotional item’s registry
Brand promotion activities
- Support others as subject matter experts in the daily use of D365 and ensure adherence to legal / regulatory and company standards
- Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses
- Responsible for defining and enforcing policies, processes, standards and best practices for development, integration services, and database
- Assist with the design of redundant systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery to ensure effective availability, protection, and integrity of data
Monitoring and reporting
- Management of media usage, spend and media tracking
- Preparation of marketing budget spend
- Preparation of monthly post campaign and brand reports
- Management of brand and marketing assets in marketing registry
- Monitoring and updating the microsite campaign
Research analysis
- Analyze all the company’s research survey results and communicate the outcome and actions emanating from these to the marketing director and the senior management of the company
- Support with industry analysis to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand equity for the company’s brands
Campaign management
- Write detailed briefs to creative and media agencies for all marketing & advertising campaigns
- Development of advertising & implementation plans for all campaigns
- Ensure campaigns are within budget
- Write detailed post campaign analysis
Experience:
- Formal Qualifications:BA Diploma or BCom (Marketing), or Marketing Diploma.
- Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in brand management and marketing promotions, preferably within the financial or service industry. Experience working with marketing service providers such as advertising agencies and designers is essential.
