Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing various digital marketing strategies. The primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through a variety of digital channels including social media, email, SEO, and paid media.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Implementation:
- Support the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Contribute to brainstorming and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Content Creation and Management:
- Develop, write, and edit content for the company’s website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video producers to create high-quality digital assets.

Social Media Marketing:
- Manage the company’s presence across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Schedule posts, track engagement, and implement strategies to grow and engage the audience.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve organic search rankings.
- Regularly monitor website analytics to track performance and make necessary adjustments.

Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for property updates, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Track performance metrics, segment audiences, and optimize campaigns to increase engagement.

Paid Digital Advertising:
- Assist with the management of paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Monitor and optimize paid campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing campaigns.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the broader marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure a consistent digital strategy.
- Provide support in planning digital marketing strategies for new property listings, investments, or company announcements.
Key Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Previous experience in a real estate-related industry is a plus, but not required.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Wix) is an advantage.
- Basic design skills (using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
