Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, development, and execution of HR roadmap topics, programs, and initiatives, ensuring alignment across HR functions.
- Proactively manage strategic HR issues, including retention, succession planning, skill development, and global HR standard processes.
- Prepare and present key data, KPIs, and reports to support decision-making by HR and business leaders.
- Analyze trends and patterns in data, driving the creation and implementation of action plans to improve motivation, reduce turnover, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to establish and implement key performance metrics.
- Build and maintain global, trust-based relationships and networks across the organization.
- Mentor and guide HR colleagues and the business through complex global HR challenges, creating high impact with effective communication.
- Coordinate HR topics across countries, working with local HR teams to develop creative and cost-effective solutions.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in HR, Project Management, Consulting, or a similar field.
- Proven experience driving HR initiatives and projects in an international business environment.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills, with a strategic mindset and strong analytical abilities.
- High business acumen and assertiveness, with a focus on strategic thinking and execution.
- Ability to provide data-driven, pragmatic solutions to HR-related business challenges in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent project and time management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
- Proven experience (or equivalent) as a Global or Local HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, demonstrating the ability to align HR strategy with business objectives and address operational challenges.
- Fluency in English at a C1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats.
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field, or alternatively, significant practical
