Job Summary
Are you an experienced sales leader ready to take on a new challenge? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in Cape Town (Western Cape). This role offers the chance to lead and manage the entire sales process while driving business growth and success.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in sales, with expertise in deal closing, and contract finalization.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong track record across various industries, showcasing significant achievements in business development and sales.
- Minimum 5 years' Temporary Employment Services (TES) experience at a management level, demonstrating responsibility for ensuring the profitability of a business with bottom-line accountability.
- Demonstrated success in securing diverse business contracts and achieving impactful results through effective operations management, particularly within the TES blue-collar environment.
- Good understanding of the Labour Relations Act (LRA), the TES industry, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Bargaining Councils, and Sectorial Determinations.
- Previous experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and a solid understanding of IR procedures.
- Versatile experience across multiple industries.
- Ability to conduct effective presentations to secure contracts/ Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Valid drivers' license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
Working Hours: 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
