Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR, project management, consulting, or a related field.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
Proven experience in global roles within international companies.
Familiarity with HR processes; deeper knowledge of the HR field is a plus.
Strong ability to define, communicate, and manage project goals, requirements, and expectations.
A strategic mindset with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and project execution.
High affinity for IT tools, process automation, and data analytics.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience leading global projects and working with international teams.
Customer- and stakeholder-focused, with a keen understanding of their needs.
