Hire Resolve's client, a leading player in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is currently seeking an experienced Receiving Dispatch Supervisor to join their team at their Maitland plant. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to take full responsibility for managing stock received and dispatched efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving and dispatching of all goods at the Maitland plant.
• Manage and monitor stock levels, ensuring accuracy in receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
• Coordinate daily dispatch activities, ensuring goods are delivered on time and according to schedule.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock movement and prevent discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any variances promptly.
• Lead and supervise a team of dispatch staff, providing training and performance management as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as production, sales, and logistics, to streamline operations.
• Handle any receiving and dispatch-related queries or challenges professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Receiving Dispatch Supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of stock management and dispatch processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in stock management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
