About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a dynamic legal office in Noordhoek. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the team with general office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Support and coordinate administrative tasks for the legal team.
Handle client and visitor inquiries, providing a professional and friendly point of contact.
Organize meetings, schedules, and office events.
Maintain office systems and assist with file management and document organization.
Liaise with external service providers and vendors as needed.
Manage office health and safety protocols.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in office management, ideally in a legal or professional services setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail.
