Requirements:
- Bachelors of Law
- 5 - 10 years experience in a law firm
- Qualified Lawyer, Senior Legal Secretary, or Paralegal with relevant experience
- Strong contract law and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Ability to think on your feet and make sound legal decisions under pressure
- Excellent time management skills, with experience in timesheets and invoices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to commit to a 4-month contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal support in water, property, and electricity law
- Manage time-sheets, invoices, and legal documentation
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and correspondence
- Assist with legal research and case preparation
- Handle regulatory compliance and assist in legal issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
