Job Summary
Requirements:
Bachelors of Law - LLB Degree
3 to 5 years post admission experience
Sound knowledge of the National Credit Act
Experience in Home Loans and Collections, highly beneficial
Strong litigation and management skills
High attention to detail
Duties:
Lead and manage staff in the within the legal team
Liaising with clients to provide expert legal guidance
Drafting and perusing of letters pertaining to demands / summonses / notices and applications
Representation in court
Briefing Counsel and collaborating on complex legal matters
Key to the role is the Right of Appearance
