The recruiter will play a critical role in scaling teams across Africa, particularly in South Africa and Nigeria, working on high-profile executive placements. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates for leadership roles that will drive the company's growth and success.
Requirements
End-to-end executive search and recruitment for senior finance roles.
Specializing in Technical recruitment: Product, Data, Development, Cloud, Architecture etc, full SDLC
Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
Engaging with high-caliber candidates through headhunting and networking.
Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.
