- Be the go-to expert for second-line technical and functional support.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Implement and configure Workforce Software Time Solution modules with WorkForce Software integration.
- Provide expertise in time tracking, scheduling, and reporting functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time management and attendance tracking.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
- Support system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate time management solutions with other HR and payroll systems
What You Need to Bring to the Party:
- Deep expertise in SAP Workforce Software (WFS) Time Solutions.
- Years of experience 5+
- Compulsory SAP Workforce Software experience and certification
- Hands-on experience in configuring & optimizing time management solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills—you love tackling complex system challenges.
- Experience in system integrations (HR & Payroll = your best friends).
- Top-tier communication skills—because great solutions start with great conversations!
