We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst Junior, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs and requirements and providing solutions to support business growth and improvement.

What will you do?

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including process owners, end-users, and IT teams.
  
• Develop and maintain business cases.
  
• Create and maintain process documentation, including process maps and workflows.
  
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions to support business needs.
  
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership and project teams.
  
• Participate in project meetings and workshops, providing input and guidance on business requirements and solutions.
  

Where will you work?

• In a team of about 100 colleagues
  
• Our office is in companies Utrecht Delivery center, Netherland.
  
• You will work with our clients, including IT teams, business units, and senior leadership.
  
• Occasional travel may be required for client and companies Corporate Office in Amsterdam, Zuid for training, conferences, or meetings.
  

Other important considerations:

• Good communication skill in English
  
• Willing to work on rotation for priority issues according to team roaster.
  
• 3 days of working from companies Delivery Utrecht Center
  

Requirements

• Ability to speak Dutch or good learning capability to learn the Dutch language.
  
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related field
  
• A willingness and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Good business acumen, with an understanding of business operations and processes
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks.
  
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques, such as use cases, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
  
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban and DevOps methodologies
  
• Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies, such as Lean
  
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques, such as MS Project
  
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI, or Excel
