Job Description

• Develop and execute a B2B-focused SEO strategy to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
  
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  
• Work with content teams to create SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and landing pages.
  
• Manage technical SEO improvements, including site structure, speed optimization, and mobile usability.
  

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
  
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored for B2B audiences.
  
• Monitor trends, optimize engagement, and implement paid social media campaigns.
  
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.
  

Content & Digital Marketing

• Work with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
  
• Oversee link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  
• Collaborate with PR teams for high-quality backlinks and brand mentions.
  
• Track and report on digital marketing performance, making data-driven optimizations.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, social media management, and digital marketing.
  
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
  
• Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  
• Proven success in increasing organic traffic and social media engagement.
  
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  
• Strong analytical skills to measure, track, and report performance.
  
• Experience in B2B marketing or the energy sector is a plus.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
