Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager Inland for our esteemed client. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a team of regional managers, driving the development of Strikers teams and a diverse portfolio of accounts across multiple channels including Hypermarkets, Supermarkets (Retail channel), Gas Stations (Petroleum channel), Convenience, and Kiosks (Independents channel). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in actively selling and implementing agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans within a specified geographical area. Responsibilities:- Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the territory including store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store standards, and competitive performance.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of defined databases, both personal and team, completing all assigned calls within the territory.
- Build strong relationships with Retailer, Gas, and agency regional managers by delivering exceptional customer service and engagement with the company's brand.
- Drive the implementation of promotions in stores according to agreed conditions from day one.
- Secure and enhance the in-store presence of the company's brand through the implementation of Perfect Store Standards.
- Train, motivate, lead, and develop the skills of the team to maximize their potential and achieve results.
- Create a developmental platform for high-potential candidates to prepare them for future roles of increased responsibility.
- Define and communicate SMART objectives to Regional field managers under supervision, ensuring teams are equipped with necessary information and tools.
- Foster a dynamic and positive team environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and a constructive attitude.
- Complete all reports ahead of deadlines and utilize them to analyze performance, developing actionable plans for execution.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the Off Premise sector within FMCG.
- Previous successful experience leading field sales teams.
- Leadership, motivation, and team-building skills.
- Clear understanding of the Off Premise channel.
- Commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Field Force automation.
- High negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Management reporting and budget control experience.
- Valid driving license.
- Fluency in English (verbal & written).
