Job Summary
Hire Resolves Client in the Steel Distributing Industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives set by the company
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Requirements:
- 8+ years cut to szie profiling experience
- Minimum 8 years experience in sales function
- Sales Administration and Management
- Draughting experience or reading technical drawings
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skill
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Prior experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
