Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Property Professionals to join our team. Main objection in the role will be helping clients to buy and sell. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Be up to date with market conditions, valuations, price per square meter & trends in the sales market
- Conducting valuations for prospective sellers – software provided and presenting professional branded proposals.
- Completing and collecting of mandates, FICA and other necessary documents
- Compiling listing sheets for marketing
- Liaising with IGrow Rentals to ensure properties are listed as for sale on their books and arrangements to be made with the tenants for access, viewings, etc.
- Arranging of getting professional photos done
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. This is a daily requirement as call stats will be monitored
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers
- Negotiate sale terms and conditions on behalf of clients
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations
- Arranging compliance certificates for transfers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.
- Ensuring that all data is captured on the CRM and internal sales sheets
- Be available from 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and must be willing to put in the extra hours over weekends.

To qualify for this position, you need:
- NQ4 or higher in Real Estate
- Valid PPRA FFC
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market
- Experience in G-suite and real estate software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals
