What you will do:
You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional 3D visuals and animations, contributing to projects across a range of industries. The role involves working closely with the Creative and CS teams to ensure creative excellence and technical precision. You will also mentor junior team members and help shape the creative direction of projects.
What you must have:
- Expert knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Corona renderer (Or V-ray) and Adobe Photoshop
- At least 8 years experience as a 3D artist in a similar role within an agency
- Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects)
- Strong understanding of rendering workflows, optimisation techniques and producing photorealistic results
- Awareness of creative and technical trends in the 3D industry
- Experience working in a creative or digital agency environment
- Familiarity with AR/VR workflows and tools
- Expertise in lighting, texturing and post-production techniques for rendering.
- Knowledge of scripting or coding for 3D (e.g., Maxsript, Python, MEL)
- Exceptional ability to produce photorealistic renders and compelling animations
