What we are looking for: A Studio Design Manager.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for leading the studio. The Studio Design Manager will be an experienced professional with a demonstrable design background. You will manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality creative output. You will oversee the daily operations of the studio, guide a team of design and production professionals,and ensure that all work aligns with our agency’s creative vision, client objectives and commercial goals.
What you must have:
- 5+ years of experience in a creative/production leadership role within an agency environment
- Excellent grounding in design principles
- Industry awareness
- Understanding of basic business finance
- Experience with budget management, with an ability to balance cost-efficiency with quality output
- Experience of managing a creative team
- Experience of delivering and winning client pitches
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator
- Adept at using Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to articulate concepts and ideas to the wider team, other departments and clients
