Job Summary
Our client based in Cape Town is currently seeking a Production and Warehouse Manager to join their team.
Overview:
Supervise and manage production, warehouse and related functions.
Responsibilities:
- Control scrap percentage
- Control efficiency and production
- Generating relevant reports
- Dealing with day-to-day related matters
- Consolidating HR time sheets / clocking schedules or related requests
- Generate a good housekeeping environment
- Building moral in the department
- Achieving production targets
- Manage health and safety at the workplace
- Manage loading/off–loading of deliveries and related logistics
- Manage regular stock ordering
- Warehouse management
- Controlling of department cost
- Compiling weekly and monthly stock take
- Assist the company from time to time with requested projects etc.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma in Production Management or similar preferred
- 3-5 years' experience
- Production management experience

- Good and open communication
