Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions across multiple channels, including voice, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Ensure first contact resolution by troubleshooting issues and providing accurate information
- Update internal systems and escalate issues where necessary
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and helpful service experience
- Meet service level agreements and performance targets
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of success
- Prior experience as a 2IC (Second-in-Command) or Team Leader is highly desirable
- Matric qualification (Grade 12) is essential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and the ability to navigate various systems effectively
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working shifts, Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00
