We are looking for call centre agents to join our client’s team in Woodstock, Cape Town
Working hours: 15:00 – 06h00 on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
As a call centre agent, you will be responsible for:
Answering inbound calls from customers and providing them with information, solutions and support
Upselling when the opportunity presents its self
Handling customer complaints and escalations in a professional and courteous manner
Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Meeting and exceeding performance targets and quality standards
Working as part of a dynamic and diverse team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Excellent communication skills
A fluent level of English
A flexible and adaptable attitude
At least 12 months of customer service experience, within call centre environment, preferably an International BPO
A matric certificate
Empathy and understanding for customers’ needs and emotions
