Hire Resolve is seeking a Site Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leading Multi-Discipline Engineering Consultants, Service Providers, Project Managers, and Construction Contractors company specializing in Mining, Minerals, Industrial, and Petrochemical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor site safety to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Supervise and direct site staff and contractors to ensure quality work and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address any issues or changes on-site.
• Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, timesheets, and inventory management.
• Ensure that materials, equipment, and personnel are available to meet project needs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the mining, minerals, industrial, or petrochemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of safety management practices and construction processes.
• Experience managing large teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Familiarity with local labor and environmental regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different sites if required.
• Knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant certifications in health and safety, project management, or construction management (e.g., SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, PMP) would be an advantage.
