About the Role
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A B Eng/BSc Eng in Civil Engineering.
- Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer.
- At least 15 years of experience in the planning, procurement, and administration of municipal services.
- Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel to remote sites.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial, quality, resourcing, scheduling, and technical risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience in professional services tendering and agreements.
- Familiarity with statutory approval processes.
- Lead and manage multiple design teams, with a focus on mentoring junior staff.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire all team members.
