Reliability Engineer - Mining

Description:Hire Resolve's Client, a great mining company in the Northern Cape, is currently looking for an skilled and experienced Reliability Engineer to join their mining team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and design solutions to minimize downtime.
- Lead reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and condition monitoring initiatives.
- Optimize maintenance plans using data analysis and performance metrics.
- Manage budgets and identify cost-effective reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective execution of maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and uphold SHERQ standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and change management in maintenance processes.
- Provide technical support to enhance team problem-solving and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree (BSc. or BTech) in Engineering
- GCC Mines & Works (Advantageous/Desirable)
- 5 years' experience in maintenance of plant equipment.
- 4 years' experience in asset management and reliability.
- 2 years' experience in RCA and RCM facilitation.
- Valid Driver's License
