Job Summary
The following minimum criteria must be met:
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Unendorsed driver’s license (specified code)
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to work flexible hours/over time
- Professional appearance & 1st impressions
- Fluent, clear English communication
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Customer service orientation
- 2 - 5 Years' Experience within the Premium Motor Brand Industry (Ex. BMW, Audi, Jeep, Volvo, Jaguar etc.)
In addition to checking for the pre-requisites, assess and obtain proof of:
- Ability to build positive relationships
- Helpful and supportive behaviour in interactions
- Persuasive, fluent and confident communication
- Sense of urgency
- Physical fitness and ability to handle stress
- Professional telephonic etiquette
- Attention to details
- Ability to up-sell
- A technical qualification or orientation will be an advantage, as will the ability to speak a number of official languages.
