Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant with a vehicle dealership in Pretoria.
Requirements:
Addressing customer inquiries, enhancing customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and providing comprehensive customer support. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions through various communication channels, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Customer care consultant with a Repair centre or panel shop.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience.
- Expertise in automotive systems like Kerridge, KSD, TMS etc.
- Excellent communication skills, and driven.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
