Job Description
Conducting strategy meetings and sales planning
Monitoring of sales targets issued to sales staff.
Managing the co-ordination of daily sales
Manage in-house sales staff and provide them the support to perform their duties with success.
Assisting customers to find the correct goods/ products.
Assisting with payment allocations, debtor recons & queries.
Ensuring cash-ups for POS are done correctly.
Reviewing and authorizing credit notes (both stock & warranties) and processing
Qualification & Skills
Matric
5 years retail branch management experience
Product and application knowledge, including ability to read catalogues
