Personal Assistant
Location: City Deep, Johannesburg
As a personal Assistant, you will support the Branch/General Manager and or Managing Director with personal tasks, administrative duties, report writing, file management, and communications – ensuring smooth daily operations and helping maximize productivity.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal, administrative and personnel support to management.
Assist in coordinating company events, functions and stock takes.
Prepare and manage various reports, including sales, turnover and stock updates.
Oversee office maintenance, employee records, and office supplies.
Report to General Manager
Skills and Knowledge:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word< MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Drivers license will be required
Strong communication skills
Education:
National Senior Certificate
Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience in Personal Assistance and Administration.
Experience and/or knowledge of the motor trade industry would be beneficial
Remuneration:
Basic salary of 13 500, provident fund and Medical Aid as benefits.
