Job Summary
External Sales Representative
Location: Springs
Duties:
Generate sales by calling on existing and future customers
Cold call potential new customers
Meet with potential new customers and promote products and services offerings
Convince customers to buy the product that meets their needs
Identify and suggest products or ranges based on customer needs or current stock levels
Resolve customer complaints or queries
Demonstrate products to customers
Skills and Knowledge:
Computer literate
Understanding of industry trends and competitor products
Technical background
Familiarity with heavy-duty vehicles (Trucks, Construction Equipment) and their components
Experience:
Minimum 2 years Sales Experience in the Automotive (Fleets, Workshops, Retail) sector
Experience in selling truck spares
Relationships with heavy-duty tracking customers and yellow equipment fleets will be of advantage
Responsible for Springs, East Rand and Pretoria
Education:
National Senior Certificate
Remuneration:
15K
