Tertiary qualification in hospitality or events management
Have experience in a similar field.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organise, and execute conferences, seminars, and other corporate events from conception to completion.
Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation,
accommodations, and signage.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements and provide personalised event
solutions.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional service delivery.
Manage event registration processes, including attendee registration, ticketing, and communication.
Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, participant assistance, and troubleshooting.
Evaluate event success and effectiveness through post-event feedback, analysis, and reporting.
Salary:
R28 650 Basic
