The Chef: New Product Development will be based at Elvis Brew’s headquarters and test kitchen, playing a crucial role in creating and refining menu items for our padstal-style locations. This role involves not only developing new culinary products but also implementing systems for stock and wastage management, ensuring consistency across all franchise locations, and training staff to uphold Elvis Brew’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu and Product Development:
Develop and test new menu items and seasonal specials that align with Elvis Brew's brand.
Regularly update and improve recipes.
System Implementation and Training:
Create and implement systems for stock management and wastage control.
Train staff across various locations to use these systems effectively.
Provide support and guidance to ensure systems are consistently followed.
Operational Oversight:
Collaborate with franchisees to optimize kitchen operations and maintain quality.
Visit stores to monitor compliance with operational and food safety standards.
Work closely with suppliers to source quality ingredients at competitive prices.
Food Quality and Safety:
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all locations.
Implement and enforce food safety protocols in line with local regulations.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
