Job Summary
Our client, a leading manufacturer of footwear is seeking a Sales Administrator.
As part of this team, you will assist with the delivery of excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. The incumbent will also provide support to the team leader and interact with various stakeholders.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:
- Daily Sales order administration: Maintain and monitor customer orders to ensure on time invoicing and customer delivery according to customer requirements
- Import administration: Manage imported goods (local buy), costings, goods movement, and relevant paperwork / system processes
- Attend to customer and agent queries, pro-actively seek suitable solutions with accurate and timeous feedback, via telephone and e-mail
- Pro-actively resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Ensure all sales order administration is done accurately and within timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the company’s Footwear Customers, Sales Team and Agents through ensuring excellent and open communication channels
- Work together with internal departments such as Credit control, Customer returns and Warehouse
- Assist with reporting requirements
- Administrative support as required
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer service or sales administration
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Attention to detail, monitoring; time management and relationship management skills are imperative
- Must be adaptable to change
Salary: R12 500 – R15 000 CTC p/m
