Your role will also involve fostering robust client relationships, regularly networking, and representing this manufacturer at key industry events and trade shows.
We’re looking for a team player who is well-versed in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and spotting emerging opportunities to sharpen marketing strategies. Collaboration with sales and engineering teams will be essential to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s broader business goals. You’ll also leverage digital marketing tools like social media and email campaigns to enhance brand visibility and be responsible for analysing performance metrics to drive ongoing improvements.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing within the manufacturing or industrial sectors—knowledge of the oil and gas industry is a plus. You should bring proven experience in generating leads through effective marketing campaigns, alongside proficiency in CRM systems and social media management platforms. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are key, along with a proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude. Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit are vital, as is the flexibility to travel locally for client engagements. Own reliable transport is a must!
