Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:
- Assist in the daily management of store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Monitor sales floor activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Staff Supervision:
- Support the store manager in supervising and training store employees.
- Help manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members to improve performance and maintain high morale.

Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Ensure the sales team provides a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Assist in resolving escalated customer issues, ensuring satisfaction.

Inventory Management:
- Help monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Work with the receiving team to ensure that new stock is processed and displayed promptly.

- Assist in implementing visual merchandising strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to drive customer engagement and sales.

- Ensure the store complies with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any potential hazards.
- Help maintain security standards to prevent loss and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
