MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum Qualification: Degree Electrical Engineering Advantageous: Previous Millwright Qualification / Electrical Qualification or similar EXPERIENCE: 3 5 Years SALARY RANGE: Highly negotiable: Depending on knowledge, skill set, experience, and expertise. JOB BRIEF : A committed, active, and energetic individual with excellent maintenance skills. An analytical thinker with management experience is required. Will be trained into position as Deputy Factory Manager, must be eager, willing, and able to grow within the organization. Will be mentored by the Senior Factory Manager and have exposure to the CEO. Will support the Senior Factory Manager in continuing the strong turnaround of this factory together with the operational management, and team development of the factory. This is a demanding position we are looking for the best of the best. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Support Senior Factory manager in operational management and team development of the factory. Excellent Maintenance skills are required. Recruitment, training, and development of personnel. Asset preservation through the development, implementation, and management of effective systems. Develop and Implement best practices in all areas of the factory. Being a credible leader who develops and guides operational teams and individuals in achieving targets. Driving continuous improvements and waste elimination to reduce costs and improve quality. Product development to ensure sustained fashionable and value-for-money product ranges. Project management of capital projects. Development of new products and technology. Financial control of factory costs. Safety and risk management in terms of legislation. Sourcing of new local and international suppliers. Identification and development of future leaders in the business. Ensure the factory is focused on agreed key performance indicators.
