A leading micro lending company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across 12 branches in KZN and the Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash loans and micro lending, with proven management experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of 12 branches across KZN and Eastern Cape, ensuring the achievement of business goals. Monitor performance, sales, and branch operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide leadership and direction to branch managers and staff, ensuring high levels of motivation, productivity, and efficiency. Conduct regular branch visits to assess operations, offer support, and ensure adherence to service standards. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track branch performance and profitability. Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention in all regions. Work closely with senior management to report on branch performance, challenges, and operational improvements. Ensure all branches meet regulatory requirements and operate within the boundaries of company policies and local regulations. Handle any operational issues and escalate concerns as necessary to senior management. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 35 years of management experience within the micro lending or cash loan industry. Proven track record in managing multiple branches and teams. Strong understanding of micro lending products, services, and operations. Must be able to travel regularly between branches in KZN and the Eastern Cape. Fluent in Zulu, with excellent communication skills. Must have a valid drivers license (company car will be provided if needed). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary range of R40,000 to R45,000 per month. 5% profit share incentive (incentive can double or triple salary based on performance).
