Communicate effectively via phone and email with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external providers. Resolve queries proactively and provide high-quality service at all times. Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Assist with the coordination of company functions, events, and meetings. Support the winding up of estates, ensuring thorough follow-up with relevant parties and keeping all parties updated. Ensure proper storage of documents and maintain accurate records in the companys systems.
