Gallery Manager
Location: Cape Town
Salary: Up to R30kpm basic plus commission
About the Role:
Opportunity available for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and approachable gallery manager to manage a gallery in Cape Town’s city centre. This is a full-time position where you’ll work alongside a fantastic team, representing a diverse range of South African talent. No art background is required—just a love for creativity, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving.
Requirements:
Matric and relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Art, Design, PR or Hospitality
Strong people skills – enjoy selling and connecting with people
Excellent communication skills
Exposure to international clientele
Attention to detail and stay well-organized under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills
You love South African art and appreciate its cultural significance; an art background is not required
