We’re Hiring: Intermediate Accountant & Office Administrator

What You’ll Do:
Accounting (70%)
- Keep our books in order: GL management, financial reporting, and monthly invoicing.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and debtor management.
- Support payroll and tax compliance (e.g., VAT, transaction allocations).
- Maintain our accounting software (Sage) and ensure accuracy across the board.
Office Admin (30%)
- Provide top-notch admin support: scheduling, correspondence, and procurement.
- Build relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Stay on top of record-keeping, filing, and overall office organization.
Education & Experience
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years in a similar accounting role, with some admin or office management exposure.
Skills
- Proficient in Sage, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Master multitasker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Bonus Points
- Experience in HR or employee onboarding.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Teams or Google Workspace.
