Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the staffing process for both technical and non-technical roles across five dynamic countries: France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal.
- Provide strong leadership to a team of 4 recruiters, driving performance, fostering growth, and ensuring team success.
- Track and evaluate recruitment performance using KPIs, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to align on goals and expectations.
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies to meet evolving recruitment needs and champion professional development within your team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-impact recruitment.
- Proven leadership track record, ideally within the recruiting space, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards excellence.
- Experience in managing high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Business fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages (French, Dutch, or Spanish) being a valuable asset.
