Job Summary
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of hospitality industry experience, ideally some of which working in a senior HOD or Management role
- Safari Lodge experience will be highly beneficial
- Must be fully computer literate & tech-savvy
- Active on social media platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be an excellent communicator (English)
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task & highly organized
- Must enjoy communicating with people & not be scared to pick up the phone to chat
- You are required to have your own laptop, smartphone & WiFi as well as a decent home office set up
- It is essential that you are aligned with the Wild Dreams values of compassion, freedom, balance, honesty & purpose
- Must love Elephants
This role is only open to candidates based in Africa.
This is a 100% commission-based role that includes bonus incentives & is a full-time position. We can not consider candidates on a part-time basis. Although this is a full-time role our herd can work with full flexibility & freedom.
There may be an option to join us as a recruiter/trainer depending on your experience & interests as we also offer staff training services to clients around Africa.
