Duties and responsibilities:
- Attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
- Screening candidates
- Drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
- Conduct reference checks
- Run background checks
- Daily updating/reporting on activities
- Sign up candidates by completing contracts with them if applicable
- Negotiate Terms of Business with potential clients
- Daily administration tasks
