Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and document control during the complete life cycle of employee's, contractors and vendors from on-boarding to exiting.
Functions:
- Responsible for administration and document control during complete life cycle of employee's, contractors and vendors from on-boarding to exiting.
- Specifies projects objectives, budgeting, scheduling and setting performance requirements.
- Plans, develops and implements processes and procedures aligned with Human Capital operational scope and legislation.
- Complies with submission of all statutory reports.
- May be responsible for the complete human resources administrative function within a branch or division or could be responsible for an area of a specialisation e.g. pension administration or employee benefits administration.
- Administration could include housing, car, medical, loan, pension, leave, grievance, disciplinary process, manpower statistics, government returns and performance appraisal documentation process

Requirements:
- Grade 12
- BCom Hons Degree in Human Resources
- Registration as Psychometrist at HPCSA
- Minimum 8-year experience as a Generalist in Human Resources
- 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
