About the role
As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while supporting our team in identifying and engaging top talent. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about people, problem-solving, and gaining insights into the dynamic world of recruitment.
Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing:
- Assist in identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes to match candidates with appropriate roles.
2. Candidate Engagement:- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Administrative Support:- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
4. Recruitment Marketing:- Support employer branding initiatives by sharing content on social media platforms.
- Help create recruitment campaigns and materials.
5. Learnership Coordination:Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.
- South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
